My name is Lawrence Gannan I'll answer to Larry, in some circles, Lawrence translates to Lorenzo and I answer to Lorenzo as well.
I am the candidate for State Senate District 2.
I am a senior executive looking for short or midterm duration situations, and with term limitations, short to midterm is an accurate description.
I enter this election acknowledging, that my experience comes from business world not the political arena.
I was born in Detroit, October 13, 1948 (for the superstitious not to worry it wasn’t on a Friday).
Education
My elementary and high school were completed in Michigan.
I graduated from Michigan State University with honors.
Military Service
U.S. Army serving in the in the Republic of Vietnam.

For veterans rights, I remember returning home with no support or services I ask you to stand with me and fight with every ounce of energy, to maintain the quality of standards and benefits due to veterans who protect our country with their lives.

Education is about creating opportunity for ALL according to their ability not just over emphasizing the college path approach but develop enhancement for vocational skills. Realizing that with today’s sophistication, hands on careers are no less valuable and should be risen up to a level equivalent to college prep path
